What Information Do We Collect?
At the first contact, we ask for certain information such as your username, real name, phone number and e-mail address when you used our Contact Form webpage, or when you come direct to our office. We may also retain any messages you send through the Contact Form webpage to interview you in order to know how to provide adequate services to you. Moreover, if we are to seek admission or correspondent school for you, we will include demand for your CV/Resume, and in furthering for the admission we more require Photocopy of your credentials.
How We Collect and Use Information?
We collect the information directly from you through our Contact Form webpage, or direct submission in our office. We use the information in processing admission or finding scholarship for you.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
Once you submit information, we will open both electronic and hardcopy file for you. The electronic copy files are not kept online, rather in our office data system, and the hardcopy files are kept in a secured shelve.
Do We Disclose Your Information To Any Third-Party?
We do not disclose client’s information to any third-party without the client’s approval. By third-party, we mean for examples, the School, which the client is looking for admission or the body that want to give scholarship to the client.
